We are Guangdong Hualei Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, and situated in the Wusha High-Tech Industrial Zone, Shunde, Guangdong Province. Hualei is recognized as one of the leading enterprises in production of precision sheet metals in China.
With a smart manufacturing base covering more than 20,000 square meters and a workforce of over 250 employees with rich experiences in sheet metal manufacturing, we leverage lean manufacturing principles and MES system for process-wide digital management. Our cutting-edge automated equipment and production lines offer a one-stop solution for NC sheet metal production, extending from uncoiling and leveling to surface coating. Moreover, we hold the national independent import and export rights, enabling us to promptly and efficiently address the needs of domestic and international clients.
Our primary equipment includes over 18 laser cutting machines and CNC turret punch presses, 40 of CNC bending machines, an assortment of welding equipment, and a mesh guard butt welding production line. Additionally, we are equipped with a large hydraulic drawing machine capable of processing guide rings with a maximum diameter of 1200MM.
Our equipment inventory features fully automatic and unattended bending centers, automatic welding equipment, automatic grinding equipment, radius forming equipment, and three digital automated spray painting lines.We can meet the requirements of up to 1000 hours of salt spray test.
Moreover, our technical and craftsmanship team with rich experiences, we use AUTOCAD,SOLIDSWORKS design softwares, consistently striving for technological and process innovation. To date, we have secured multiple technical invention patents and more than 30 utility model patent certificates. We are also recognized with various national honors and accreditations, such as “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Enterprise in Guangdong Province” and National High-Tech Enterprise.
